Our Story

Inspired by real life experiences, Recoded was created with the idea we wanted to approach recruitment differently.

Along with our deep understanding of our market, we use technology and data to drive the decisions we make around recruitment.

CREATED IN 2020 – FOUNDED IN MELBOURNE

After many successful years working together, Charlie & Elliott started Recoded in early 2020. Our first day in our new office was when a ‘Global Pandemic’ was announced; the fun had started!

We continue to go from strength to strength, delivering quality and loving what we do.
