Elliott is a Certified Scrum Master with 10+ years of IT recruitment and consulting experience with a focus on Agile Delivery and Business Transformation roles.

He has worked in recruitment since 2010 with experience in both the London and Melbourne markets. He has successfully carved out a niche in consulting across the Agile Delivery arena and effectively partnered with organisations navigating Business Transformation programmes of work. Elliott, particularly, has a passion for digital transformation where his candidates can help shape a digital environment.
