​Charlie co-founded Recoded after an award-winning career in recruitment and consulting.

Having started his career in London, Charlie migrated to Australia more than a decade ago to manage an ASX listed Technology recruitment operation. Charlie’s long-standing relationships with both clients and candidates alike is a testament to his authenticity and professional approach.

Specialising in consulting and technical recruitment across Development, Data and Delivery, Charlie takes great pride in developing genuine relationships. This approach has equipped Charlie with the ability to identify and secure niche talent easily and lead to 500+ successful recruitment assignments in Melbourne.

Charlie is an accredited certified Scrum Master and has partnered with a number of organisations across sectors including Technology, Utilities, Healthcare, Finance etc to assist in delivering successful transformation programmes of work.
